Ram Jack West installed 4 vertical helical and 2 tie backs on regular pad to lift the pad to maximum practical recovery. EWEB had a short time frame to de-energize and re-energize the transformer to do the scope of work. The recovery was fully accomplished due to Ram Jack's installation and product. The transformer had 100% recovery and re-energized in the time frame expected.

This Eugene, Oregon project shows how Ram Jack's helical piles and tiebacks can lift and stabilize critical infrastructure with minimal downtime, because the piles can be loaded immediately after installation.
