Scope of work

Ram Jack West excavated the entire building and garage to allow for a new basement.
Placed and compacted about 10" of rock for the entire basement.
Installed 8 steel beams, approximately 500 lineal ft of ledger boards to temporarily support walls of building to allow for excavation and removal of perimeter foundation.
Removed existing foundation and excavated under existing walls to allow enough room to form new basement walls.
Supported the chimney with helical piles to allow for removal of the soil.
