At this residential project for the Puyallup Tribal Housing Department, interior cracks and gaps between the wall and floor were causing concern. 40 Helical piles were installed to lift the structure to maximum practical recovery, enough to ensure that the weight of the home and most of the interior floor slab is firmly on the helical piles. The crew installed 25 interior helical piles with slab brackets with 15 exterior piles to lift the structure as much as 3.5”! The void underneath the slab will be filled with polyurethane foam once the concrete is replaced.
The owner will be completing a full remodel once the Ram Jack West work is complete.
